Formed in Donostia in 2020 by Sara, Julen, and Paskal under a masked, anonymous aesthetic, Merina Gris has shaken up the independent music scene with their self-styled 'violent pop'. The trio fuses immediate melodic hooks with abrasive synths, driving electronic beats, and hyperpop textures. After turning heads with a run of addictive singles, they broke through with their acclaimed debut album 'Zerua Orain' (2022) and expanded their sonic ambition on 'ZULOA' (2025).
