BODEGA is a Brooklyn, New York art-punk five-piece built around the creative partnership of Ben Hozie (guitar, vocals) and Nikki Belfiglio (vocals). Rising from the ashes of Bodega Bay, since 2018 they have been distilling angular, danceable post-punk with sharp lyrics about consumerism, technology, and contemporary urban life. Their debut Endless Scroll—produced by Parquet Courts' Austin Brown—launched them onto the international indie scene, and in 2024 they signed to Chrysalis Records with Our Brand Could Be Yr Life, their most melodic and ambitious record to date. Self-confessed devotees of Talking Heads, Devo, and Gang of Four, their live shows are renowned for their intensity and conceptual depth.
